As the Director of Environmental Services, Shawnta manages the department's day-to-day operations, ensuring a consistently high level of cleanliness and exceptional appearance for our patients, visitors, and staff. She attended Broward Community College. What brought her to this position? She tells us it was to have a sense of purpose, involvement in engaging tasks, a supportive environment, and growth opportunities. She has been working in healthcare for the past 15 years. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, shopping, and fishing. Her favorite quote is, “ Before you are a leader, success is all about growing yourself. When you become a leader, success is all about growing others.
