Administrator

Ruth holds a Master of Science in Health Services Administration from Barry University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University, a Bachelor of Health Services Administration from Florida International University, and from Walden University, a Ph.D. candidate in Health Services Administration. Ruth has been working in healthcare for more than 20 years, and in 16 of those years, she served as a Nursing Home Administrator between multiple states and continues to be a servant leader in the healthcare space. Before her service in healthcare, she worked as a flight attendant for the now-defunct Pan American World Airways. One of the packages Pan Am offered me was the opportunity to change careers and return to school, which led Ruth to healthcare, and that is how her journey began. The chance to meet new residents and family members and mold new employees to meet their maximum potential drives this Administrator. During her free time, she likes to relax and watch old movies. She enjoys working with the elderly because she feels we learn so much from their life experiences.
