Joe has worked at The Encore for over 25 years. Aside from his passion for being a Director of Maintenance, coming to The Encore has been much more than just a job to him, as he stated “The Encore is a second home to me. The residents are like family.” In his spare time, Joe loves hunting, fishing, and going camping.
