Mordy Schwartz

Mordy is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at St. Peter’s University and has previously attended Rockland County Community College. He has been working in healthcare for about four months and was drawn to this field because he enjoys problem-solving and building meaningful connections with people.  After working in sales, where he helped identify challenges and find solutions through effective communication, Mordy sought a more stable, purpose-driven career that would allow him to support people during significant moments in their lives.  Healthcare offered that opportunity and aligned with his long-term goal of advancing into a leadership role. His favorite part of the job is all the opportunities he gets to improve patients' day-to-day lives. Mordy is currently working toward becoming a licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA).  This path aligns with his interest in leadership, problem-solving, and supporting the patients, families, and staff in meaningful ways.  He is motivated by the opportunity to continue learning within healthcare and to contribute to an environment that values quality care, strong communication, and teamwork.
