Jennifer Charles, LPN

Jennifer attended South University and has been in healthcare for the past eight years. Her favorite part of working in Human Resources is supporting and advocating for employees. She really enjoy being a resource to whom they can come up with questions or concerns and helping them navigate challenges. Whether it’s onboarding new hires, walking someone through their benefits, or resolving an issue that improves their experience at work —she finds it rewarding to be someone who can make a real impact on the workplace culture and employee satisfaction. In her spare time, she likes to meditate and go for long walks on the beach with her daughter.  She leverages my strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills from HR to support equitable, compassionate care. Her goal is to improve access to healthcare and advocate for underserved populations.
