Crystal is Encore’s Director of Concierge Services. She enjoys her position and appreciates the opportunities that The Encore has provided. She enjoys Interacting with residents and having the satisfaction that there's a resolution she can fix. The satisfaction she gets comes from our patients and residents with the smiles and happiness that they provide. She has been working in healthcare for 12 years as a CNA/MedTech and is now going to school for LPN. She loves spending time with her baby and family, listening to music, reading, and party planning.
