Sara Huther, CTRS
Director or Recreational Therapy
Sara serves as the Director of Recreation here at The Encore. She holds a master’s degree in nursing home administration from Lynn University and is a certified therapeutic recreation specialist. Sara has served in the rehabilitation and long term care fields for several years. She has been an avid advocate for seniors and their needs. Sara looks forward to providing The Encore at Boca Raton with a well-balanced program that intrigues and meets the residents’ needs. Sara values her family of three grown young adults, and three grandchildren. Sara has been married to her husband, Michael, for 30 years. In her free time, Sara enjoys learning new things and training dogs!
